we all know that will ferrell is the one, if not the funniest actors in hollywood. yes i enjoy my occasional ben stiller, vince vaugh, owen wilson and even jim carey...but will ferrell.. he's just funny to look at. i was thinking.. if i saw him in public... i'd most likely laugh. he has that regular hysterical look. anyways.. when i saw the previews for "step brothers," i almost lost it. ... putting will ferrell in this role was comic genius!! and john c. reilly was a good ... brother.. to ferrell considering that they do kinda look like twins. although it upset me that he (reilly) thought that he could be the "new" will ferrell when he appeared in the movie "walk hard: the dewey cox story." .. your funny, reilly.. but it's going to take a lot to be funnier than ferrell. i was still interested in seeing this movie-despite those rumors i heard about competing with ferrell for his hollywood spot.. and to my surprise they worked excellently together. "step brothers" was hysterical.. putting both ferrell and reilly in roles of 5 yr old mentality. there mannerisms and actions... too funny to not laugh. i went into this movie with high expectations and i really wasn't that let down. i laughed.. a lot.. and frankly, im interested in paying to see it again.
