wanting to know more of the secrets...

if you read in previous posts about ABC Family's new original show "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," you know what i'm talking about. if not, you should go ahead to older posts.. and read it. it is something you should definitely tune into. so last night's episode focused on the pregnant 15 year old... ok did i mention what a perfect character she is? really thinking about it.. i'm glad that ABC Family chose this girl for this role because.. when people think of 15 year olds getting pregnant, you think of the scummy, slutty girl who talks about sex a lot and has a lot of boyfriends. amy, her name in the show, is anything but that! she's quiet, pretty, and nice.. so nice actually. that you would probably want to be her friend even if you knew she was pregnant and your parents would definitely disapprove. she comes from a caring mom and what it seems, equally caring step-dad, in a nice home. she's in the band for God's sake. but she's innocent and you feel bad for her. she's definitely a good role model. she doesn't go ahead and abort the child... she holds the secret that she is pregnant. it's very interesting actually.. because it is a whole different partake on a pregnant teen. usually they wait around a few days.. make sure the pregnancy is legit and then go to tell their parents or friends. although amy told her two close friends, it wasn't all around school yet.. not for at least 2 months or so. this episode was really interesting.. because you get to understand each character and where they are coming from. my heart went out to amy because its literally such a tough situation she is in. it gets the message out there that teens can get pregnant so easily because they really don't even know what they are really doing. jack, my friend in the episode, ends up sneaking around with grace, remember the Christian. ricky, the sexually abused foster child, hooks up as usual with adrian and then ends up helping out grace to piss adrien off for cheating on him with jack. wow love triangle. you know you want to watch.
